Mayya is a Russian-born Los Angeles-based artist.
Specializes in fine art and illustrative art.
She juggles with different media, primarily concentrating on drawings. Digital art is where she can experience both , the pleasure of precise execution of drawing and the color expression of painting.
Museums are Mayya’s second home. She finds it very meditational to roam galleries in search of inspiration. Lately she has been concentrating her attention on Dutch Drawings of the Golden Age and Chiaroscuro effect in Italian woodcuts. The most common theme in Mayya’s works is Animals.
